  • Training updates.
  • Consultation after training to unsure you are satisfied with the result and understand the method.
  • and of course the guarantee.
What Is Included in the training?
  •    walk on a loose leash,
  •    sit,
  •    down,
  •    stay,
  •    go to a place,
  •    leave it and
  •    come when called.
We will also work on any other behaviour problems that may be of concern to you such as jumping up or charging through the door. Your dog will be reliable even with distractions.
How does the guarantee work?
We will train your dog to respond to all of the commands listed above. We will also do our best to work on any other behavious you are concerned about. Dogs, being dogs there will always be some degree of unpredictability and 100% is generally too much to hope for, however we guarantee that you dog will comply with the commands as best as he is able.
Your dog will stay at our boarding facility for a minimum of 14 days. During that time we will work to establish the required behaviours and send you periodic updates.
When we feel the training has been completed we will invite you to our training facility where we will spend some time with you to make sure you understand the methods. This can take anywhere from one to three hours or more, so make sure you allow yourself enough time.
If you are NOT satisfied we will bring the dog back to our facility and continue to work with him, OR you can give us a written statement as to what did not meet your expectations and you will be refunded the training costs, however the cost for boarding is not refundable and you will return the e-collar if purchased through us.
If at anytime over the following two years you are having problems with any of the included training you can contact us and we will work to remedy the problems either by phone, email or if required further training. If further training is required to resolve a problem in the initially included training package, you pay only for the boarding. In most cases relapses in behaviour are caused by inattentiveness to the training method and these problems are usually solved over the phone. Whatever the problem we will work with you to resolve it.

Will this hurt my dog?
Absolutely not. Although electronic collars  have become known as shock collars because of careless use by some untrained individuals, they are not intended nor do we use them in that way.  Like any other training tool their proper use is as a communication device between you and your dog.  As such, our trainers will work with your dog on his first lesson to establish the appropriate signal level. This is neither painful nor uncomfortable, but is a signal to your dog that we need his attention. You can try the signal yourself to be satisfied that this is the case.
Will my dog always have to wear the electronic collar?
No, not at all. Once the training is established, the collar will only be needed from time to time to re-enforce the behaviours. How often you use it depends on your expectations of the dog's behaviour and your dog's demeanour. We do recommend you use the collar for off leash walks or at the dog park.

I already have an electronic collar. Can I use that one?
The collar needs to be very good quality so that it has range and adjustability. We can recommend several models .  If yours is suitable, we can certainly use it, otherwise we can order a suitable one for you (we are not in the business of selling collars and do not charge extra for this).
